INGREDIENTS


Suji -25Grams

Wheat flour - 40 Grams

Red chilli powder as per your taste

Cumin powder

Ajwain

Chilli- 3(As per your taste) finely chopped

Salt

Ginger paste

Ghee for roasting

Method:

First take cooked Suji into a large mixing bowl along with wheat flour, chilli powder, cumin powder, ajwain, chilli, salt and ginger paste.
knead the dough to a smooth and soft dough.
Pinch a ball sized dough and flatten slightly,dust with wheat flour and roll gently.
On a hot tawa place the rolled paratha and cook, also spread ghee and press slightly both the sides.
